Michael Lam is 14, a 9th-grader at Colonel By Secondary School in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He built this "I Spy" engine as a Science Fair project, to demonstrate the power of steam. I don't know what kind of grade he got, but by the blur in the moving parts, he has the engine running nicely.
